![]() I had to email Nectar a copy of the pickup receipt from 1800-got-junk and then within about an hour I had an email confirmation saying they had processed the refund back to my credit card. The rep responded yes and then arranged for 1800-got-junk to come get it the next day. I also could not find anyone who needed a king mattress so I emailed Nectar again and said I would prefer if they could just pick it up. Someone responded to me and said that if I couldn’t donate it then I could give it to a community member who needed a mattress and then provide Nectar with proof I had donated it to this person. a couple days after this, I emailed Nectar again to ask if there was an update on what I should do with the mattress. It feels so good to just get up in the morning with no pain at all! I got a Beautyrest Resonance plush to replace the Nectar and have slept amazingly on it with zero pain. I hope Nectar will get the mattress picked up soon as I’d like my refund. I’m still waiting for a response 2 days later. I emailed the rep back the same day and told him none of the charities in my area accepted donations and what should I do now and I don’t have a vehicle large enough to put a king mattress in. None of the 3 actually accept mattress donations. I used the link and 3 organizations came up. Sometime on 8/25 a customer service rep responded and told me to donate the mattress and gave me a link to click on to find organizations in my area to donate to. I initiated a return request by email on 8/24. ![]() ![]() I’m a side sleeper and this mattress did not work for me at all. My whole body hurt when I woke up, especially my lower back. By the time I got a new mattress, I had serious shoulder pain that didn’t subside during the day. Unfortunately my back, hip, and shoulder pain increased as time went on. I wanted to give it time to “break in” and see if I got used to it and I kept it longer than I should have (for 5 months). It felt like the mattress didn’t budge at all when laid on. I didn’t sink in at all and neither did my husband. It was easy to unpack the mattress and it “inflated” as expected once out of the packaging. The order was easy to place and while it took a little longer then I expected to receive the mattress, I wasn’t overly concerned. ![]() I purchased a king Nectar mattress last March. ![]()
